We were born in Mexico and grew up on a ranch just outside of Mexico City, where hard work was part of everyday life and honesty and kindness were expected, not optional. From a young age, our parents taught us to take pride in what we do, to respect others, and to always do the right thing — even when no one is watching. Those lessons stayed with us long before we ever considered starting a business together.

Working on the ranch taught us patience, responsibility, and the importance of doing things the right way the first time. If something needed to be built or repaired, it was done with care and intention, because shortcuts only created problems later. That mindset shaped how we approached our careers and eventually led us to build AquaTerra Pools & Scapes.

When we started this company, we knew we wanted to be directly involved in every project. We didn’t want to outsource our work or rush through builds just to move on to the next job. Instead, we chose to stay hands-on, to be accountable, and to treat every home with the same care and respect we would give our own.

To us, a backyard is more than a project — it’s where families spend time together, where kids grow up, and where memories are made. That’s why we take the time to understand how each family lives and what they want from their outdoor space. Every pool, patio, and outdoor environment we create is designed with real life in mind.

Today, we call Kennett Square, Pennsylvania home — where we are raising our own families and proudly serving the community around us. Being part of this community means building more than beautiful outdoor spaces; it means building relationships, earning trust, and standing behind our work long after a project is complete.
